Fulfillment Policy

Shipping January 2023. All of our products are grown to order and will ship in 2 to 4 weeks after the New Year. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

 

The Mushroom® Packaging offices will be closed 12/24/22 to 01/02/23. 

 

FULFILLMENT

All products are grown to order with an organism called mycelium. This can take 2-3 weeks. Sample products and ready made products if in stock may ship sooner. 

We ship via UPS. If you have problems receiving certain carriers at your address, it is your responsibility to inform our team before we ship your order. 

We currently only ship to the continental USA due to a surge in shipping and customs costs. 
 

RETURN TO SENDER

Issues with shipments regarding shipping carriers are outside of Mushroom Packaging's scope of assistance. Please contact the carrier directly should you have an issue with your package. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. We are able to assist with additional shipments should the order not arrive, but the cost is to be inherited by the customer.
